Purpose To select, initiate and review ongoing ARC operational issue in a way that is time efficient so new processes successfully reduce cycle time for new project ideas. To select, initiate and review project generating the highest economic value for Avery Dennison

Products/Metric Projects sufficient to cause change consistent with ARC’ 5-year strategic plan. 18 high value projects @ year
CHANGE MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION CHANGE TEAM RESOURCE PLANNING TEAM
Purpose To implement and audit project re: cultural changes and support functions at ARC and divisions in a way the best supports ARC’s future project work so that new product and processes are successfully commercialized in the shortest possible cycle of time. To change resources from project-to-project consistent with individual capability and changing project needs
Composition
Product/Metric Top projects championed in a way that continuously increase a steady stream of product commercialization Top projects are resourced smoothly, so they commercialize high quality results in short cycles.
CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES TEAM PROJECT LEADER TEAM
Purpose To review, learn and cause the utilization of best, most productive practices for R&D services To review, learn share and implement the use of best -practices in each category of project management
